We use Authorize.Net which provides its merchant customers with the highest level of transaction processing security.
Return Policy
  USA Traffic Signs allows for return of stock (not custom made) items that have not been used, within 30 days of delivery. For those items not used, we will refund your account for full product cost. We charge no fees for restocking. You are responsible for all incoming/outgoing shipping charges for standard returns. We do cover the shipping costs for sending out replacement orders and arrange for carrier pickup on product returns for items that are defective, damaged, wrong item sent, spelling and/or color errors.

Send us an email prior to your return and we'll supply the correct return address and inform the warehouse of this return. After we receive your package, we will refund you for full product cost. Please allow up to 2 work days for processing this refund, and we'll send you email confirmations of this credit.

Stock orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled for full credit but be forewarned, most of these orders ship very fast.

Custom sign orders may be cancelled if production has not started for full credit; once production has begun your are responsible for this charge and we are unable to cancel this. Custom signs are any signs that requires you to type text that we need to print on your sign and/or when the item is stated as being special order or (custom made). Custom signs are lettered permanently and can't be returned or resold.

We cover the shipping costs for sending out replacement orders and pay for carrier pickup on product returns for items that are deemed defective, damaged, wrong item sent, wrong size, spelling and/or color errors.
